General Terms and Conditions, Customer Information, and Notices

1. Scope, Subject Matter of the Contract, and Identity of the Seller

as the seller and you as the buyer concerning the sale and delivery of items offered through our online store.

2. Consumers and Businesses

(1) Our offers are aimed at both consumers and businesses.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a contract with us for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

(3) A business is a natural or legal person or a legally recognized partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a contract with us.

3. Agreements and Information on Contract Formation

(1) The individual technical steps leading to contract formation, the conclusion of the contract itself, and correction options follow the provisions below.

(2) The display of items in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(3) To purchase items, you place them in the shopping cart. You can review and modify the cart at any time via the corresponding button in the navigation bar. After accessing the checkout page, you enter your personal data, payment, and shipping details. Before submitting the order, you can review, modify, or cancel your purchase at any time using the "Back" function of your internet browser.

Once you have completed all checkout steps and confirm your purchase by clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the listed items. The contract is concluded depending on your chosen payment method (Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, or advance payment) as follows:

  • Sofortüberweisung: After submitting your order, you are redirected to SOFORT Überweisung’s website. If you enter your details and confirm the payment, the contract is concluded.
  • PayPal: You are redirected to PayPal’s website, where you enter your details and confirm the payment. Once the order is placed, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, concluding the contract.
  • Advance payment: Your order is accepted by sending an order confirmation email with our bank details. The contract is concluded upon sending this confirmation, which occurs immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your order.

(4) Order processing and communication regarding the contract occur via email. You must ensure that your provided email address is correct and that incoming emails are not blocked by spam filters.

4. Storage of the Contract Text and Contract Language

(1) The complete contract text is not stored by us. You can print or save the contract details using your browser’s print function before submitting your order. After placing your order, the order data, the General Terms and Conditions, and legally required information for distance selling contracts will be sent to you via email.

(2) The language available for the contract is German.

5. Essential Characteristics of the Goods

The essential characteristics of the goods can be found in the product descriptions of each item listing.

6. Prices, Shipping Costs, Return Costs in Case of Withdrawal, and Payment Terms

(1) The purchase prices listed on the respective product pages include statutory VAT.

(2) Additional shipping costs apply to each order. These are accessible via a designated button in the respective product description, displayed separately during checkout, and must be paid by you unless free shipping is offered.

(3) In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

(4) Available payment methods are listed in each product description.

(5) Unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods, payment is due immediately upon order placement.

(6) If a purchase on invoice via PayPal is selected, we irrevocably assign our claim against you to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). By selecting this payment method, you consent to PayPal conducting a credit check before accepting the assignment. If PayPal denies the payment method based on this check, you will be informed during checkout. If PayPal approves the purchase on an invoice, it assumes the claim, and you must make payment directly to PayPal within 14 days of receiving the goods.

7. Delivery Conditions

The delivery conditions, expected delivery time, and any delivery restrictions can be found in the product descriptions. Unless otherwise stated, delivery occurs within two weeks after contract conclusion. If advance payment is required, delivery occurs only after payment has been received.

8. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects (warranty) applies to all goods.

9. Dispute Resolution / Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform

(1) The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can use this platform to resolve disputes related to online purchases without involving a court.

(2) We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
